We ask the teams to send a photo of the participating team. Please also send the following information with your entry: team name, coach’s name, players’ names, their dates of birth, the team’s contact information (e-mail, website address, coach’s mobile number, fax, mailing address).

Please complete the application form below and return it by June 30, 2024, and pay the entry fee together with the application.
If you request meals and accommodation, please also send us the order for these by June 30, 2024. It is not possible to cancel accommodation and meals after ordering.
